Intent: convert raised capital into visible execution fast. Each gate unlocks deliverables and public proofs.

1. Pre‑Seed 20% — Growth & Launch Ops.
   Performance marketing live, dApp v1 live, Transparency dashboard running. Launch ops set: vendor onboarding, legal, initial execution runway.
   Proofs: fundraising dashboard, Safe transaction links, vendor agreements/SOWs, invoice hashes on the Transparency page.
2. Pre‑Seed 70% — Project 1 land.
   Signed LOI and escrowed deposit; legal and technical due diligence; survey package.
   Proofs: LOI plus escrow transaction link from the relevant Safe; site pack (map/photos/permits checklist).
3. Pre‑Seed 100% — Project 2 land.
   LOI + escrow for second site; due diligence.
   Proofs: escrow transaction link + site pack.
4. Strategic 50% — Project 3 land.
   LOI + escrow for third site.
   Proofs: documents plus contract addresses and Safe transaction links.
5. Strategic 100% — Construction start (Projects 1–3).
   Phase A: fast‑cashflow units (modular/villas).
   Proofs: EPC contracts, 12‑week schedule, fortnightly site photos, factory status.
6. Community (rolling) — Market access & liquidity.
   DEX pool + target CEX submissions, Liquidity Pool setup, scaled marketing.
   Proofs: pool links, listing docs.
7. Public + TGE — Token generation.
   Liquidity seeded; vesting & claims live; public reporting cadence in place.
