Terms of Use

Company: PT BATA Digital Asset Indonesia (“we”, “us”, “our”)
Services: the BATACoin website, dApp, and related smart contracts.

By accessing the website, connecting a wallet, or using any part of the Services, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Jurisdiction Limits

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are not in a sanctioned country and you are not a sanctioned person.
  • We may require KYC and AML checks for certain ticket sizes, volumes, or regions.
  • We may decline access if we cannot verify compliance.

2. Nature of the Token

  • BATACoin (BATA) is not equity, not debt, and not a title to real estate.
  • BATA follows the economic design in the whitepaper.
  • Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research.

Tokenomics reference
Total supply: 880,000,000 BATA.
Public sale: 50% across four stages, 110,000,000 each.
Team: 20% (12 month lock, 24 month linear).
Liquidity: 10% (5% paired at TGE, 5% reserve timelocked).
Community and Airdrop: 10%.
Treasury: 10%.

3. Presale, Vesting, and Claims

  • Presale stages, vesting, and claims are executed on-chain.
  • Smart contracts enforce price, supply, caps, timing, and claim schedules.
  • Refunds, if any, follow the posted sale rules on-chain or in official notices.
  • On-chain transactions are final once confirmed by the network.

4. Profit Sharing (If Any)

  • Distributions occur only if there is verified net profit.
  • Eligibility requires: at least 50,000 BATA, held 60 days before snapshot, snapshot at H minus 7 days.
  • Payout is in USDT.
  • Locked or vesting balances do not count for eligibility.
  • No profit means no distribution. You are responsible for your taxes.

5. Airdrops, Bonuses, and Referrals

  • We may grant vested bonuses, referral rewards, or allocation rights from the Community and Airdrop bucket.
  • Abuse, sybil activity, or policy breaches may be disqualified.
  • We may change or end a program with notice through official channels.

6. Off Ramp and Vendor Payments

  • Funds may be converted to fiat for operations.
  • Flow may include: on-chain Safe to a corporate exchange account, conversion to IDR, then payment from the corporate bank account to vendors or escrow.
  • Land payments use PPAT or Notary escrow where applicable.
  • We publish transparency summaries and document hashes where feasible. We do not publish personal data.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • No exploits, protocol abuse, or attempts to bypass controls.
  • No bots that manipulate markets or access.
  • No DDoS, spam, or interference with the Services.
  • We may suspend access or withhold rewards to comply with law and to protect users.

8. Third Party Services

  • Wallets, RPC endpoints, exchanges, KYC providers, and analytics are third party services.
  • We do not control them and are not liable for their outages, actions, or changes.
  • Use them under their own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The site, UI, graphics, and content belong to PT BATA Digital Asset Indonesia or its licensors.
  • We grant a limited, revocable, personal license to use the site and dApp.
  • Any other use requires our written consent.

10. Privacy Reference

  • See the Privacy Policy for data handling on the site and dApp.
  • On-chain data is public and immutable. We cannot alter or delete on-chain records.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • Crypto assets carry risk, including loss of value and technical failure.
  • To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and conditions.
  • To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or lost profits or revenues.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PT BATA Digital Asset Indonesia harmless from claims, losses, costs, and liabilities arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Indonesian law.
  • Any dispute is resolved by arbitration at BANI Jakarta.
  • Seat: Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Language: English or Indonesian.

14. Changes

  • We may update these Terms.
  • A new version will show a new “Last updated” date.
  • Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.

16. Operator Roles

  • PT BATA Digital Asset Indonesia acts as the operator.
  • Construction is performed by external contractors under separate contracts.
  • Land payments go through PPAT or Notary escrow as required.
